Today, Crosshall hosted a B Team
Football Tournament attended by Bushmead, Godmanchester and Round House. Rain was forecast, but, held off to give us
bright sunny afternoon.
Our team
consisted of 10 Year 5s; Brodie D, Nathan K, Rylie J, Daniel P, Leo D, Vinnie B, Ashley E, Kai T,
Laken W and Lee P.
All boys played
brilliantly as a team coming away victorious.
Crosshall 2 – 0 Bushmead
Vinnie opened our scoring with a penalty and Leo followed up with
the second goal. The whole match was
played in Bushmead’s half.
Crosshall 1 - 0 Godmanchester
Daniel scored the only goal in this match with a fantastic strike
which caught the Godmanchester goalkeeper unaware.
Crosshall 0 – 0 Roundhouse
This was our toughest match of the tournament with both teams
having many chances, but neither side being able to break the deadlock.

2nd Bushmead 4 points 2 goals
2nd Round House
4 points 2 goals
4th Godmanchester 1 points 0 goals
